FC Barcelona came well Ahead of Manchester United
The International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS) has has adjudged FC Barcelona as the best club from 1991 - 2009. Manchester United has come second and Real Madrid is adjudged as the third. All-time Club World Ranking list is as follows :

2) Manchester United - 726
3) Real Madrid - 633
Juventus - 633
5) AC Milan - 620
6) Inter Milan - 605
7) Bayern Munich - 599
8) Arsenal - 594
9) River Plate - 503
10) Chelsea - 491

Alex Ferguson tops the list, with Lippi, Wenger and Hiddink following. Victor Valdes is placed at 54th position in the Goal Keepers ranking. Buffon tops the list followed by Iker Casillas.
Rooney Rumours Getting Stronger
There are a sudden influx of rumours of a possible summer transfer of Rooney to FC Barcelona. Rooney would be a great addition to the squad as he will bring more strength to the attack, and he will do his defensive duties well. But is there any possibility of this happening? I don't think so. I don't think Ferguson will let go off Rooney even if the reported financial troubles are true. Second with Ibra with us there is no point in buying Rooney, even if available. What we need would be a decent cover in midfield and upfront on left. David Silva will be the ideal choice or maybe someone like Luka Modric.
