The latest rumours suggest Barcelona going all out for bringing back Neymar, that means Griezmann could be headed to PSG.
The 'Griezmann Transfer to Barcelona' saga is taking new twist every passing day. The latest news till now was the renewed interest of Manchester United to get Griezmann into their roles. Now that makes three big teams fighting for the Frenchman's signing.
Those major teams are FC Barcelona, Paris St.Germain and Manchester United. Out of this, it is very clear what is Griezmann's favorite destination. That has to be our own FC Barcelona.
What appeared to be a straight forward signing of Griezmann to Barcelona, has become more complicated now. The major reason is attributed to a set of players led by Pique, who is dead against his signing. We expected the signing to be done the moment transfer window opened, but now it's nowhere to be seen.
Another factor which makes it complicated is the lingering rumors about Neymar's arrival in Barcelona. It is clearly said that Messi prefers to have the Brazilian back at the club. He made sure that the world knows about their continuing friendship by revealing the secret Whatsapp group involving him, Neymar and Saurez. It appears the sudden exit of Neymar has done nothing to harm Messi-Neymar friendship.
Ideally, we should have both Griezmann and Neymar on our side. But it's the presence of the third South American which is complicating things. If Griezmann has to come to Barcelona, the Club needs to find a new home for Luis Saurez. Currently, the players, especially Messi is dead against that.

The latest news circulating is that the Club is also coming to the conclusion that having both Neymar and Griezmann together at the club is a near impossibility. It not only tough in terms of economics involved but also may split the dressing room into different camps. Currently, they have marked bringing back Neymar as the topmost priority.
The belief of the management is that if PSG manages to secure Griezmann's signing, then they may feel that they can let Neymar go rather than so many stars clashing in the dressing room. Only time will tell whether the Board's thinking is correct and could bring Neymar to Barcelona. The problem is that PSG could sign Griezmann and then may not let Neymar go. If that happens, Barcelona will have a disastrous transfer season ahead.
