According to them the agreement has already reached and will see Cesc moving into Barca very soon and they already have said which numer he will be weraing at barca - the Guardiola "4". Trying to make sense out of this latest revelation would be futile as there is only one word to describe this - RUBBISH. Barca management has recently started to acknowledge the fact that this deal is not going to happen this season.
