Does Ernesto Valverde genuinely thinks he is wanted at the Club? Or is he staying to make sure that he gets the complete pay package for the season and who knows maybe Bartomeu will honour him with another contract!

Money Money!! Valverde Refuses to Leave Despite the Absolute Humiliation!

Regardless of whether you like Ernesto Valverde or not, one has to agree that Barcelona Club has been really unprofessional in the way they have handled the recent situation. Every dealing has gone behind his back with Valverde himself expressing his displeasure to select media personals about his feeling of finding everything out from the media.

Despite the reported collapse of Barcelona's Xavi Job saga, Valverde's job is far from over. Now the heavy rumors have emerged of Barcelona handing over the reins of the first team to Barca B Team coach García Pimienta. Despite all these, Valverde remains clueless as he is kept out of the loop in every discussion.

Ernesto Valverde terrible rein at Barcelona could be coming to end by the January 13th of 2020; that would be a huge New Year present for Barcelona fans across the world.

Following Barcelona's not so surprising exit from Super Copa in Saudi Arabia, there are usual rumors of the impending sacking of Valverde. Those rumors have been received as God Send by the fans especially in social media and without much effort have gone viral.

Everyone now expects the sacking to be confirmed by the Board when they meet for their board meeting on Monday, 13th of January 2020. Many media outlets in Spain is reporting the same and for some reason, this time around this seems to be a possibility.

Under Valverde, Barcelona has become virtually unrecognizable. All that you have associated with the club has been long gone and forgotten! What will be left of the club footballing philosophy when he leaves?

Once again, for the umpteenth time we struggled away from home. Once again we escaped the clutches of defeat and going below Real Madrid in the league table. That was courtesy of their arch-rivals, who failed to take advantage of Barcelona's slip up. They needed a late goal inspired by Courtois to remain salvage a point against Valencia.

Barcelona's 2-2 draw against Real Sociedad came as no surprise. San Sebastian is not an easy stadium for us to visit, it's a bullfight arena for us, and that's been the case when we were playing really well. So we were supposed to struggle at San Sebastian, and struggle we did!

Ernesto Valverde himself may have lost count of the number of times Lionel Messi and Ter Stegan have saved him this season. Valverde might be offering secret prayers to these two; nothing else explains him still having this Job!

So, Barcelona won against Atletico; nothing new there. It was a routine victory. Happened exactly the same way we have faced the majority of the top teams this season, especially away from home. We were second best in practically everything, barring two - having the Best Player in the World and also the Best Goal Keeper in the World.

Some of those saves, Ter Stegan has done were literally mind-blowing. It bordered the thin line between fantasy and reality. And then, Messi! What else you could say? He did what he always does, win Barcelona the match!

Under Valverde Barcelona is outdoing themselves in reaching new lows. Despite all these the Club under the enviable leadership of Bartomeu seems unmoved. Why so? Is there something fishy?

4 Surprising Reasons Why Bartomeu will never Sack Valverde?

Valverde's Barcelona is outdoing themselves with every travel they make outside of Barcelona. Earlier till last season, it was against the top teams outside of Barcelona where we struggled. But now it's just the moment we step out of the camp Nou, we look clueless. The Levante match was no different, we have seen this script being played out time and again this season.

A lot of people expected that Valverde will be sacked following this defeat. That never happened! Instead, he gave us a lecture of how the team will react, about emotions, about this being rare and so on. He could do all these as he has the total backing of Bartomeu, who instead of condemning the team or coach, immediately reiterated the Club's confidence in the manager.

This clearly shows until something extremely disastrous happens, we are stuck with this clown for some time. Some may ask what could be more disastrous than what's going on? I reiterate, 'Something Disastrous for Bartomeu'!

Barcelona produced another 'Valverde Masterclass' last night against Levante going down 3-1 in a clueless display. This doesn't come as a big surprise, and this display clearly shows that this won't be the last one either!

Barcelona Stoops to New Low under Valverde. And It shows no Sign of Stopping

We may have to define a term called 'Valverde Masterclass' in order to describe what is on display currently at Barcelona. That makes it easy to define rather than writing sentences after sentences. Mention 'Valverde Masterclass' and everyone gets it. That term should by now mean clearly 'Disaster in Defense, and Clueless in Attack'. At least it will make life easier for everyone like us describing this ordeal!

To describe this match is pretty is easy. We have seen this movie again and again under Valverde. The problem this season is the frequency of this show. It's been happening so frequently that we simply couldn't take a moment off. And it shows no sign of stopping. Also, Valverde has no clue in stopping this!

Despite the great comeback against Inter Milan, Barcelona should not be fooled and should immediately sack Valverde and get Xavi Hernandez on board. The mercurial midfield genius could be one guy who could bring back what Barcelona is lacking desperately - Identity.

Barcelona Need to replace Valverde with Xavi Now. Otherwise it would be Too Late!

From the time of the reports emerging about Xavi earning his UEFA Pro Coaching License, there has been intense speculation about when he will take charge of Barcelona. There were even suggestions that the Board gave Valverde one more year extension only as a filler buster role, till Xavi is ready to take up the role. In all probability, Xavi would take over Barcelona at the start of next season.

But will it be too late for Barcelona. Under Valverde, we are living with an 'Identity Crisis'. And we need someone who understands, Barcelona's sole to be in charge. That too soon!

Valverde got all things wrong against Granada from tactics, to formation , to line-up. It's not much of a surprise that he appears clueless, but his biggest three mistakes has to be these.

These 3 Big Mistakes by Barcelona's Valverde against Granada that Cost Them Dearly?

So Barcelona's 2019-20 Season is unraveling at a rapid pace, it seems like the season has already encountered a rapid tailspin. At the moment, we resemble like Arsenal who actually performs so well at home but looks like an average team on the road. May be Gunner fans would feel very agitated! To be honest, they have a point - at least they look brilliant at home.

Barcelona's away form has to be one of the worst among all teams in Europe. I guess we haven't won in the last seven matches away from home. That involves those humiliating losses against Liverpool and Valencia which lost a sure shot Champions League title and a record-breaking sixth Copa del Rey title.

So Barcelona ended the La Liga season witha 2-2 draw away from home at Eibar. The inept leadership of Valverde was in full display in this match too.

May be it's too much to ask! Barcelona churned out another disappointing performance aagainst Eibar drawing their last match of the La Liag 2018-19 season. I know we have already been crowned Champions and that may have resulted in a relaxed attitude. But this wasn't a relaxed attitude at work, but another totally inept performance.

If you expected Barcelona to rise like a hurt lion after the 4-0 drubbing at Anfield, you were absolutely wrong. The following results have shown us that the 4-0 wasn't the aberration, but actually, the 3-0 at Camp Nou Was!.

With Board and Players backing Valverde, Barcelona fans have been praying for a pretty bad defeat in Copa Final to get the sack the manager.

Some times it is not that bad to wish for self harm, if it achieve the ultimate good for them. That's what's going on in many of Barcelona fans ind and hearts right now. especially after Bartomeu came out and made a statement of Valverde having the backing of the players and management.

With Bartomeu backing, Valverde will most probably remain at Barcelona for at least a year. That means we get one more chance to experience Barcelona getting humiliated in Europe. Now most of us don't want that to happen and will be paying dearly for his sacking without any delay.

With Bartomeu confirming the continuation of Valverde, Barcelona is looking for more humiliation in Europe. What is behind this sinister move, is it done to drive away non-catalan fans?

A 4-0 drubbing at the hads of Liverpool at Anfield constitutes a great season as per Barcelona's current President, Josep Maria Bartomeu. This happens to all clubs who are governed by mediocre people like ours. In any other scenario, even if he wants to retain Valverde, he would have put it in some polished way. But this guy has the audacity to call this season a 'magnificent season’

Just to remind us all, we did win the League courtesy of one guy and the main rival playing like shit. And we failed in spectacular fashion in Champions League, a competition which was the No.1 priority for the Club (maybe only the Club Captain). How badly we wish that Real Madrid somehow reached the final and win it! Had that the case, the reaction would have been different.

Many of the players have starte to back valverde and want him as the Boss, but Lionel Messi should understand that it's a plot against him.

What drives a club's ambition going into a new season defines the future of that Club; at least in the short term! For Barcelona a season back, it was all about winning that elusive Champions League trophy, which evaded them after a disappointing 3-0 defeat at Rome. Interesting, that was the same city where Barcelona's Golden team's dream run started.

In a not so distant past, Barcelona was a not so feared opponent when it came to European competition. Before Ronaldinho inspired Barcelona defeated Arsenal in Paris, we only won that competition once. Since then we won it three more times, making a tally of five in total.

I did warn you all that this would happen, Despite the repeat of last season's humiliating loss, Valverde has enough backing in the Board, Dressing Room, and Social Media

They all kept quiet for sometime, but then it was natural. If they had dared to even profess their love so soon for Valverde after the 4-0 defeat, they would have been obliterated in social media. So they all waited for that recovery victory against Getfe. And the moment, that is achieved, we now have a flurry of ValverdeStay cry.

I wrote about this two days back, detailing why those hoping for Valverde to leave is living in fool's paradise - Valverde to remain as Barcelona Coach. Sadly I am already being proven right.

All the indication coming out of Barcelona points to the possibility of Valverde continuing at helm at Barcelona, at least for one more year.

Ernesto Valverde has been receiving a fair share of stick from Barcelona fans, esepcially in the social media. The immediate reaction after the 4-0 at Anfield was a war cry to sack him. But situations have subsided now heavily and there seems to be a bit of calm in the club despite the social media going bunkers still!

There is a lot of people who believe that he will be fired by the club at the end of the season. But their wishes may not be granted and here is the reason why Valverde could remain as the manager, come next season.

Oct 19, 2018

The cost of continuing with a clueless, uninspiring and non-innovative Coach at the helm will be too much for Barcelona Football Club to pay in the latter part of the season.

Why Valverde Should-be Fired Now to Turn the Tables?

Barcelona Football Club by tradition is a club which takes it time to make decisions; not in my memory I can remember a situation where a Coach has been booted off mid way to the season. Then Barcelona also didn't face a situation like this that often! We have been without a victory in last four games in the League and that in itself is a crisis of sorts at Barca.

The next match for Barca will be the one against League Leaders Sevilla at the Camp Nou. On the last matchday, we surrendered the League Top position to Sevilla and it would be a tough act to get that back; even at the Camp Nou. Sevilla away from home has been in some for scoring thirteen goals and conceded five.
