FC Barcelona will start their campaign to re-gain the Copa Del Rey tomorrow against third division side Ceuta. Guardiola has rested a host of first team starters for this away match. Valdés, Alves, Piqué, Busquets, Iniesta, Messi and Villa has been rested, meanwhile Xavi and Milito are still continuing their recovery programme. Guardiola has announced a young squad which would make the trip. The squad list is Pinto, Puyol, Abidal, Maxwell, Adriano, Mascherano, Keita, Bojan, Jeffren, Pedro, Miño, Bartra, Fontàs, Thiago, Dos Santos and Nolito.
This will be an ideal chance for the young guns in the team to make their claim for more regular first team action. All the eyes will be on one man on particular, Bojan Krkic. It is sure that he will be leading the attack against the third division side. Most probably Jeffren and Pedro is expected to join him in attack. The midfield should have a new form with both Dos Santos and Thiago joining hands with Mascherano. Keita could be brought in if the situation demands it. The defense most probably would see the combination of Bartra and Abidal along with Adriano and Fontas. This match is going to be a very tricky but the experience our youngsters gained by playing in the second division should see them through clearly.
